Lauren and Chris // Walcot Hall Shropshire

When Lauren and Chris got in contact about photographing their wedding at Walcot Hall I think I actually squeaked! I've been smitten with this venue for years! Walcot is a (not so) little gem of venue nestled in the Shropshire Hills, it's overflowing with charm, an eclectic mix of artefacts, the coolest glamping, AND a duck egg blue ballroom.

I met up with Lauren, Chris and Bruce the dog during the wedding prep. They were on a tipsy treasure hunt around the grounds and one of the guests had just fallen into the lake, so I knew the big day was going to be a blast. It did not disappoint! Lauren looked like a supermodel, the ceremony was minimal, just vows no readings and the focus of the day was firmly on the guests with yummy street food from Pietanic, Bournville Waffle Company, and Habaneros, music by Thrill Collins, a silent disco, and plenty of Jager.

Wedding perfection!
