I use Dubsado as my business Content Management System (CMS) to manage contracts, invoices, and client communication.
All personal data provided via my contact forms, questionnaires, and contracts is stored on Dubsado’s secure servers.
International Transfers: As Dubsado is based in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the UK. Dubsado maintains high security standards and uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure your data receives the same protection as it does within the UK.


4. How I Use Your Data
I only use your data when the law allows me to. Most commonly:
To perform our contract: To manage your booking, send invoices, and deliver your photography services.
Legitimate Interests: To promote my work on my website or social media (I will always discuss this with you and respect your privacy preferences).

Client Galleries: Your images are hosted via Pic Time. Their privacy policy can be found on their website.
Third Parties: I do not sell your data. I only share data with essential partners (e.g., second shooters, album printers, or cloud storage) who are also GDPR compliant.

I keep your contact details for as long as necessary for tax and accounting purposes (usually 6 years). I aim to keep your final wedding gallery images in my archive for [Insert Number, e.g., 2 years], though I am not responsible for permanent storage after delivery.
